Joe Biden just nailed it
President Biden continues to receive high marks for his handling of the Covid pandemic, as well as the economy. On Thursday, the Consumer Confidence Index, a weekly measure of the public’s economic attitudes, hit its highest level since the start of the pandemic.
Unfortunately, however, Covid cases are rising in certain areas of the country, as more aggressive variants have grown increasingly prevalent. This puts Biden and all of us in a precarious situation, and makes me wonder if it’s a bad sign that the highest confidence report since the pandemic began came on April Fool’s Day.
We need to continue taking every precaution (or do the best we can here in Greg Abbott’s world), and for God’s sake, get the vaccination as soon as feasibly possible!
