Dr. Fauci just took charge
Dr. Anthony Fauci is answering questions at a White House press conference right now, and what stands out is that this is the first time he’s ever been able to simply speak freely about what’s going on. Over the past year he’s had to calculate every word so as to try to get the truth out without enraging the previous president.
Fauci is finally, fully in control of what he wants to say – and he’s taking charge. He quipped that he’s always tried to tell the truth, which is “why I got in trouble sometimes” under the previous regime. Fauci said that what makes the Biden administration different is that if someone doesn’t know the answer, they say so, they don’t just “guess.”
