Looks like Donald Trump’s money problems are getting worse
There are few things as exhilarating as when a good politician wins big. And that’s just what happened with President Biden on Super Tuesday. I imagine that the people involved in his campaign went to sleep with smiles on their faces. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Republicans — and their mess of a potential candidate in Donald Trump.
So, Trump did not have a great night. What good is winning states if so many in your party declare they hate your guy? That’s basically what happened to Trump. But that is not the ONLY thing that happened. So, the setting was Mar-a-Lago. The event was a watch party. How exciting! Trump and all his slimy people congregating. That’s an event I am glad I was not at.
As it turns out, some of the party goers were not all that cheerful either. That is because this “party” quickly turned into the party from hell. What do campaign staff usually want to do at the end of an event like Super Tuesday? Chill. Relax. Wind down. Perhaps have a glass of wine.
“NO FREE ALCOHOL. Oh dear. It looks like Donald Trump’s money problems are bleeding over into his campaign parties. Amazingly, Donald Trump skimped on his own party. A few hundred people showed up at Mar-a-Lago. But something was wrong! There was no open bar. Reportedly some of the excited partygoers became pretty pissed, pretty quickly.
“There is no open bar.”
“There is a soda and pop bar if you’re from the Midwest, but we have no free alcohol tonight.”
What they SHOULD have said: “Our candidate is a criminal who has barely a penny to his name and he doesn’t care enough about ANY of you to offer refreshments.”
Guests were not amused.
“I think it’s gonna be a short party.”
“Not a big party.”
That’s right. The person (and I use that term loosely) throwing the party was too cheap to offer a free bar, something that is ALWAYS OFFERED at political events. Instead of happy and relaxed faces, lots of scowls could be seen. The mood was not exactly upbeat.
Well, what did these people expect? Trump is b-r-o-k-e. He is a PAUPER. He has no MONEY. And what little money he does have will go toward himself because, as you all know, Trump doesn’t give a damn about ANYONE except his orange self.
So, it was a gloomy way to wrap up the night. No free booze, no open bar, just — an orange madman and some very disgusted party guests.
