You’ve got to be kidding

It’s one in the morning, the United States is in the middle of a pandemic, millions of people are locked in their homes, people are dying, hospitals are overloaded, the economy has collapsed, and the so-called President of the United States has something to say:

That’s right, “Congratulations AMERICA!” That’s his message to us right now. Yes, it’s a good and necessary thing that the relief package has passed. But they’re blowing through two trillion just to try to mitigate the damage that Donald Trump has negligently done to this country. And his response is to congratulate us? Does he think we just won the Super Bowl?

Even when this idiot Donald Trump occasionally tries to act like a President, the result ends up being something like this. This guy told us it was a hoax. The joke was on us.
