Donald Trump has a lot on his plate right now, with the threat of a pandemic and the threat of economic collapse breathing down his neck. He’s decided that the coronavirus threat is such a “hoax” that he’s put Mike Pence in charge of it (wait, that can’t be right). He’s apparently decided that the best way to deal with the economic crisis is to say nothing and hope no one notices that the stock market plummeted by fifteen percent this week.

Trump may not have time to deal with these issues, but he sure does still have time to troll people. For instance Donald Trump just posted this surreal tweet about former CNBC and current CNN political commentator John Harwood:

.

Trump made a point of including John Harwood’s Twitter user name in his tweet, presumably to try steer his own supporters toward trolling Harwood on his timeline. But that trolling will fade within a day. The real upshot of Trump’s inclusion of Harwood’s username is that it’s prompted a whole lot of anti-Trump people to start following him. Harwood has gained thousands of new followers since Trump attacked him. Trump just very stupidly gave his critic a larger voice.
