This is going to end in particularly ugly fashion for Donald Trump

While we are all aware that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election, Attorney General William Barr utilized his position of power to prevent Special Counsel Robert Mueller from completing his investigation. We’re now also aware of the fact that Barr violated all rules, norms, and laws to protect Donald Trump from any investigation or prosecution. Sure, Trump is technically safe from national subpoenas while in office, but those brought by the state are a different matter.

As Palmer Report stated more than two years ago, Donald Trump will not survive the onslaught of criminal cases coming his way. As soon as Joe Biden becomes president, and Trump’s protective bubble bursts, state and federal authorities will swoop in to arrest Trump and the rest of his criminal family.

As we watch Trump consistently fail to even pretend to care about Americans dying daily, it’s important to appreciate the words of his own niece. “The bullying, the tendency not to care about other people’s feelings, the willingness to cheat, lie to get what he wanted. And eventually … my grandfather started to see a kindred spirit. Somebody who could advance his agenda,” Mary Trump stated. “Honest work was never demanded of him, and no matter how badly he failed, he was rewarded in ways that are almost unfathomable. He continues to be protected from his own disasters in the White House.”

While this description of Trump should not shock anyone, given his entire public life of taking what he could get, screwing over anyone he could, and spewing hateful messages to those that opposed him, it is still amazing to see these words, written by an actual Trump family member, as we as a nation are going through such turmoil.
