Donald Trump’s senility, confusion, and mental incompetence just keep getting worse. Every single time he appears in public, he finds a new way to come off like he’s even deeper into dementia. The other day we said that Trump was so far gone, he didn’t even seem to know where he was at anymore.

Now it turns out Trump literally does not know where he’s at:

If this were a one-off out of context, you could say that it was a simple matter of a mix up. But when you put Trump not knowing what city he’s in within the larger context of him no longer having any idea what he’s saying or what’s going on, it’s clear that this guy’s cognitive abilities are just about gone.
