Senile Donald Trump doesn’t appear to know what Israel is

Over the past week a senile Donald Trump mistakenly announced that the state of Pennsylvania was changing its name, bizarrely announced that the state of New York doesn’t exist anymore, and then decided that “Amaska” is now a state. After having shown that he no longer understands anything about the fifty states, now Trump is moving on to showing off how senile he’s become about other nations.

For instance Trump now thinks that Israel is… the capital of Israel:

That’s right, Trump now thinks Israel is a city, not a nation. Given that Trump has been to Israel, this is a startling downhill slide for him. This guy has absolutely no idea where he is or what’s going on. He’s so deep into dementia that if anyone around him truly cared about him, they’d have him in a facility by now. How much longer before he starts trying to take his pants off on stage? It’s a matter of time.
