Rudy Giuliani is reportedly hiding from prosecutors – and it’s days away from blowing back on him
Rudy Giuliani was one of several prominent Trump world people who were recently criminally indicted in Arizona for trying to overthrow the 2020 election. Giuliani is set to be arraigned next week, but now prosecutors say that Giuliani is hiding from them.
Arizona prosecutors reportedly went to a building where Giuliani lives, but the front desk turned them away, and they can’t track him down elsewhere. Keep in mind that this is a criminal summons. You can’t just hide from it and expect it to work out for you. If Rudy remains in hiding and misses his arraignment, the judge will likely label him a fugitive and send out law enforcement to hunt him down and haul him in.
We’ll see if Rudy Giuliani is stupid enough to remain in hiding and get himself forcibly hauled in. If this does happen, the judge will likely deny Rudy bail, which would mean Rudy would have to sit in jail until his trial begins.
