Even as Donald Trump has spent all weekend unwittingly driving home the point that he’s incoherently senile, his pal Rudy Giuliani is of course just as incoherently senile. To that end, Giuliani was caught sitting in the passenger seat of a car outside a Nikki Haley campaign event tonight, doing something with his laptop:

What kind of incoherently bizarre stalker routine is this supposed to be? Does Rudy think he’s spying on the Haley campaign on Trump’s behalf? Rudy is scrunched down? Is he under the impression that no one can see him? And why is he in the passenger seat? Did someone drive him there, and if so, where did his babysitter go? This is just too bizarre for words.
