Donald Trump no longer seems to know who the President is, or who the Speaker of the House was, or who Elise Stefanik is. Trump’s mind has turned to total mush, as his worsening senility reaches a breaking point. To that end, Trump no longer appears to have any idea what he’s even trying to say, or even how to speak:

There is something very, very wrong with this guy. Trump continues to rely on doctors who are willing to falsely claim that he’s in perfect physical and cognitive shape, so it leaves the rest of us trying to figure out what’s really wrong with him. Suffice it to say there’s not much left that’s right with him.
