For weeks, Donald Trump’s daily press briefings have been nothing more than thinly veiled campaign rallies. They haven’t helped Trump any, as evidenced by his still-terrible 2020 poll numbers. But it’s certainly inappropriate for the TV networks to keep airing this crap, particularly after Trump used his briefing yesterday to air an actual campaign ad.
