Peter Navarro goes completely off the deep end after seeing what happened to Steve Bannon
Trump White House adviser Peter Navarro has gone completely off the deep end, frantically and incoherently yelling around about how Mike Pence committed “treason” against Donald Trump and such. Navarro is somewhat unhinged to begin with, but this seems over the top even for him. So what’s going on?
Navarro saw Bannon’s trial defense get gutted yesterday and realized Bannon is now likely to be convicted and sent to prison. Navarro was recently indicted on the same charges, and fears the same fate as Bannon.
The last time Navarro howled this loudly, it was the day before he was arrested. Like so many other has-beens from a collapsing Trump world, the volume of Navarro’s threats and bluster is directly proportional to how afraid he is of what’s about to happen to him.
