Mary Trump calls out Donald Trump for being the “big loser” in Republican House debacle

Ever since Donald Trump was forced out of office more than two and a half years ago, he’s essentially been powerless. He’s been sitting there rotting at Mar-a-Lago, whining into the abyss on a social network that no one else is on, while prosecutors have steadily worked to take his money and his freedom away – even as his own Republican Party has largely just paid lip service to him.

Trump wanted a government shutdown in May, but House Republicans didn’t give it to him. Trump wanted a government shutdown again in September, but House Republicans didn’t give it to him. He wanted a Biden impeachment vote, but House Republicans didn’t give it to him. He endorsed Jim Jordan to be the new Speaker, but House Republicans picked Steve Scalise to be their nominee. Republicans have spent a ton of time saying what Trump wants to hear, but then doing the opposite of what Trump wants them to do. Funny how that works.

Here at Palmer Report, we keep waiting for the major media outlets to finally acknowledge this fact. No matter what happens to the contrary, they just keep chanting that “Trump has an ironclad grip over the Republican House.” We’re still waiting for the media to get its act together. But now Mary Trump is on the case.

Mary Trump tweeted this on Wednesday: “Make no mistake. There was one BIG loser today and it wasn’t Jim Jordan. It was Donald. Donald today learned once again that his endorsement means nothing – or even better—spells doom for whoever accepts it. His grip over the Republican Party is eroding faster than his net worth. Donald is a cheap conman still charging for his cheap product, but a lot of people aren’t buying it anymore. He’s a nothing. He’s a loser.”

So there you have it. We’re at a point where influential voices like Mary Trump are now directly calling out Donald Trump for being so weak that he doesn’t even have any influence over his own Republican Party. Remember, this has been factually true (and easily documented) for more than two and a half years. We’re just waiting for the media to finally admit it.
