Here come the floodgates
When Cassidy Hutchinson testified this past week, it was the most crucial January 6th public hearing to date. Her detailed testimony was nothing short of devastating for her former boss Mark Meadows, and even more devastating for Donald Trump. Hutchinson’s testimony has even changed the national discussion when it comes to Trump going to prison.
When a bombshell like this surfaces, one big question is what else it’ll trigger. If there’s one Cassidy Hutchinson out there with these stories about Trump world, there are surely other Cassidy Hutchinsons out there with similar stories about Trump world – but will they come forward?
January 6th Committee member Adam Kinzinger spoke to CNN today and revealed that other witnesses have in fact come forward as a result of Hutchinson’s testimony. He didn’t reveal who they are or what testimony they have to offer. But these new witnesses are clearly important enough that the committee is now out there raising public expectations by announcing that they have indeed come forward. It looks like the floodgates are now officially starting to open.
