GSA Administrator Emily Murphy caught privately acknowledging that Joe Biden won the election
GSA Administrator Emily Murphy has become a focus of controversy over the past few days, due to her refusal to formally sign off on the transition to President-elect Joe Biden. She’s clearly conspiring with Donald Trump on some level to hold up the transition, and questions have been raised as to whether Murphy is participating in a criminal conspiracy. But even she’s been caught privately acknowledging that Joe Biden won the election.
ABC News has caught Emily Murphy in the act of looking for a new job, which is an acknowledgment on her part that the Donald Trump administration is about to end and that her current GSA job is about to vanish.
This proves that Murphy knows Joe Biden has won the election, and thus proves that she’s abusing her position as GSA Administrator to hold up the transition for corrupt reasons. She’d better be careful, because it’s difficult to imagine the post-Trump Department of Justice will look kindly on her actions right now. If there’s an angle to criminally charge her for this, they’ll surely take it.
Even if Trump pardons her on his way out the door, Emily Murphy’s reputation and professional life will effectively be over, given how radioactive she’ll become. Does she really think she’ll ever land a respectable job again, after she had to be pardoned from criminally holding up the transition?
