Another day, another reported lie from George Santos. Does it ever end? It is rare when I take the side of Arizona Senator Kysten Sinema. In fact, I can’t even remember it ever happening — at least not in recent years. Only this time I shall because the lie I am speaking of concerns her. It appears Sinema is the latest victim of George Santos’s lies.

Santos appears infuriated by the fact that Mitt Romney told him off. He has been unable to stop talking about it, tearing into Romney on Twitter. This is what narcissists do. They can never take responsibility. But Santos took it further. He appears to have made up a story about the Arizona senator in which she came to his aide.

“Hang in there, buddy,” Santos said Sinema commented to him at the State of the Union. Hang in there, buddy, or “something like that.” How about the words “it’s a lie?” Because that is what Sinema’s office is saying.

Her office denounced Santos saying the two never even spoke that evening. And you know what? I believe her. Santos has the dubious distinction of being loathed by EVERYONE. I do not believe Sinema said one word to him. Well, maybe she did — in Santos’s imagination.

Santos makes it up as he goes along. What will he say next? Will he say Donald trump wants him to run as his vice president? Listen — that’s not a joke. Santos is disturbed and does not care if his lies are believable. And he appears to be getting worse. He needs to resign and he needs to do it soon.
