Everyone piles on after Donald Trump floats Trump News Network
With just three weeks until he becomes irrelevant to all but the criminal justice system, Donald Trump isn’t exactly getting the kind of media coverage he’d like. Now he’s lashing out in frustration, suggesting that Fox News is “almost as bad” as CNN, and that “new alternatives are developing!”
In response, everyone is just making fun of him. In fact so many people are mocking the idea of him launching some kind of Trump News Network, the phrase is currently trending atop Twitter.
Here’s the question, though: on the day Donald Trump is arrested by New York State officials, what will Trump News Network cover? At that point its top headline might end up being “Hey look over there, a squirrel!”
