Donald Trump’s worsening senility just took a jarring turn

Donald Trump has spent the past 48 hours talking about getting electrocuted and eaten by sharks, citing appeals court rulings in his favor that don’t exist, and ranting incoherently about golf. The guy is more senile than ever. It’s plainly obvious and it is, frankly, the real story here.

Yet any time the topic is brought up, there’s a curious amount of pushback and shushing – even from the anti Trump side of the fence. In that vein, here is your periodic reminder that:

1) Trump is clearly senile.

2) Being senile will not get Trump off the legal hook (doesn’t work that way).

3) Yes you still get to hate Trump even though he’s senile .

4) If Trump is widely seen as senile it’ll end his political relevance more quickly than his criminal trials can.
