For weeks it’s been clear that Donald Trump would be indicted soon, and for days it’s increasingly appeared that he would be indicted at any moment. Now that moment has apparently arrived, and is reportedly happening as soon as TOMORROW.

Jack Smith and the DOJ will ask their Washington DC grand jury to criminally indict Donald Trump on Espionage and Obstruction under Section 793 of US law, according to Andrew Feinberg of the Independent. Before you pop your champagne, this same reporting that says that while tomorrow is the plan, there’s a scenario where it could get delayed until next week. This isn’t shocking, given how the final days of the Manhattan criminal indictment of Donald Trump played out.

But still, the fact that Jack Smith apparently plans to have the grand jury indict Donald Trump tomorrow is huge. It means we’re at the gate. Trump is being indicted for Espionage, and it’ll likely happen tomorrow. What a world!
