Donald Trump has met his match

I’ve long said that there is no way a mentally unfit Donald Trump will EVER, in a MILLION YEARS, debate Joe Biden. He simply can’t. Trump can’t even hold a rally these days without saying something humiliating.

President Biden has been noncommittal about debating the traitor. However, he said on Friday that he would. Now, here’s where it gets tricky. We know that Donald Trump cannot debate President Biden, but we also know that Trump wants to make it look like he will.

So what did Trump do? When the news broke that Biden was open to debate, Trump called for a debate on Friday evening on the court steps. The man may as well be carrying a sign saying, “I’m scared.”

It would be impossible to get a debate going at the last minute, and Trump knows that. These debates are always planned well ahead of time, with moderators being selected, television stations covering the debates, and questions being crafted.

But Trump seems to think he’s hit on an idea — pretend he’s a brave candidate and call for something utterly and completely stupid that can’t happen. It is precisely as the Palmer Report said it would be.

Trump’s afraid — Trump’s very afraid. Were Trump NOT afraid, all he’d have had to do was issue a brief statement that said: “OK. Looking forward to it.” But he didn’t do that, now did he? Instead, a frantic Donald Trump put out THIS bizarre challenge.

What Trump is doing right here right now is a waltz — a waltz of fear. He’s stepping and sliding, trying to create an elegant and smooth sway that will make him look like a graceful candidate who knows what he’s doing.

Instead, he’s floundering, moving clumsily, unable to rise to the occasion because, frankly, he does not have the skill-set of people such as President Biden.

As Trump stumbles, President Biden is smoothly gliding right past him. There is nothing — I repeat nothing — that Trump can do to push away Biden and his wisdom and grace. No matter how Trump tries or what he does, all signs point to the fact that he has met his match.

That person, that match is President Joe Biden, who will continue, with dignity and wisdom, to lead this country even as Donald Trump his crazy two-step leads him straight to the prison doors.
