Donald Trump now expects to be criminally indicted by Jack Smith for January 6th “as soon as tomorrow” according to NBC, which in reality means tomorrow. Suffice it to say that Trump isn’t taking it well.

Trump is trying to put on a show of bravado, declaring on social media that “We’ll have fun on the stand with all of these people that say the Presidential Election wasn’t Rigged and Stollen. THE TRIAL OF THE CENTURY!!!”

Well okay then. Trump can push as many fantasies about his trial as he wants, but if he takes this kind of approach it’ll just guarantee his conviction. And Trump still doesn’t know how to spell “stolen.” But he’s right about it being the trial of the century. Actually, all four of Trump’s expected criminal trials could reasonably hold that title.
