Donald Trump doesn’t give speeches these days, so much as he stands at a podium and unwittingly reveals how cognitively impaired he is. After repeatedly confusing Nikki Haley for Nancy Pelosi, Trump is now going further down the rabbit hole by basically just making noises:

When you put all these senile moments within the context of each other, it becomes clear that Donald Trump simply isn’t there. He’s just a mostly empty shell spewing random nonsense.
