Another spike in President Joe Biden’s approval rating

Another new poll points to a spike in President Biden’s approval rating. This time it’s the YouGov / Yahoo poll, which has Biden up 12 points among self-identified independent voters.

Biden lost support with independents after the media covered the Afghanistan withdrawal in dishonest fashion. Now Biden is winning them back with his strong showing against Vladimir Putin and Russia. Polls this month from Reuters, the Economist, and Politico all have Biden’s overall approval rating in the mid forties.
