All of these Trump people will either cooperate or be arrested by the end of the year

The DOJ was always going to act on the January 6th Committee’s criminal referral by indicting and arresting Steve Bannon for contempt of Congress. But now that it’s happened, even the most delusionally hopeful of 1/6 subpoena recipients will have to face the reality that unless they cooperate they’ll be arrested.

That brings us to this list, assembled by Lawrence O’Donnell and screen captured by @Acyn:

Everyone on this list, from Michael Flynn, to Kayleigh McEnany to Jason Miller, to Stephen Miller, will either cooperate or be arrested by the end of the year. Or if you want to build in some additional lead time around the holidays for contempt votes and grand jury activity, some of the latter names on this list may not be arrested until January. But this list is a who’s who of Trump world – and now they all either have to sell Trump out or end up behind bars.
