Damn fool
If the world’s most toxic woman had just “affirmed my pronouns” I would instantly question either my sanity or my judgement. But that’s what happened to Elon Musk and, as near as I can tell, not only is he not embarrassed, he’s proud of it. I’m referring, of course, to the three most disgusting words in the English language — Marjorie Taylor Greene — who recently affirmed Elon Musk’s tweet when he wrote “My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci.”
That’s a verb and a proper noun, by the way. Besides which it’s not funny. Nor is it Musk merely stretching his freedom of speech muscles. Dr. Anthony Fauci is a man who has spent his retirement years making the world a safer place for the human race. The idea of prosecuting him is perverse. People who themselves are in danger of being prosecuted shouldn’t use that word.
The fact that Dr. Fauci showed the world what a horse’s ass Donald Trump is, by contrasting his own careful, scientific approach to the Covid-19 pandemic with Trump’s ham-fisted, mallet-headed bullshit “cures,” doesn’t mean that Dr. Fauci is a bad guy. Only bad guys like Musk think so. Only stupid people like Musk are dumb enough to attack a great man merely because he hurt Donald Trump’s feelings.
Frankly, I’m tired of Elon Musk. I’m tired of being told he’s a genius playing n-dimensional chess and that I’m simply too intellectually beneath him to understand what he’s *really* up to. I’m tired of watching him burn 44 billion dollars to ashes. I’m tired of fake celebrities like Musk being lauded like they’re the second coming of Christ. Elon Musk is a fool, and so are all of his Musketeers.
He’s also been unsubtle about revealing his politics. The notion that he’s being coy and enigmatic is crap. I think it’s pretty clear by now. I don’t think we need to look any further than who likes him and what he says these days. What’s more, I’ve never yet encountered a Musk acolyte who wasn’t either a blithering idiot or a Trump fan. But, I repeat myself.
So enough of this “Musk is a visionary” and “you just don’t understand” crap. Being rich doesn’t mean you’re a genius. Any determined mediocrity can get rich. Elon Musk is a rich idiot who’s manipulated public opinion into believing he’s a visionary genius. Gee, that kinda sounds familiar, doesn’t it?
There are eight million stories in the naked city of fools being manipulated by idiots. This has been one of them. And, as ever, ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, comrades and friends, stay safe.
