Today is a good day
Today is a day of hope. America’s frontline medical workers are being vaccinated. They no longer have to risk their lives to treat those who have the virus. It also means fewer frontline workers will be out sick, meaning more patients can be saved. It’s a rare good day in 2020.
Today is a also a good day in that the Electoral College is kicking Donald Trump even further out the door. Yes, there will be attempted shenanigans today, and yes, they will be shameful. But no, those shenanigans won’t amount to anything. Joe Biden is being formally elected President today – and that’s another rare good thing in 2020.
