Ted Cruz has complete meltdown about the stupidest thing possible
Here’s the funny thing about “constitutional conservatives” like Ted Cruz: they’re all in favor of law and order, until it comes to laws that they don’t like. After a woman was busted for illegally reopening her hail salon during a pandemic, the judge offered to let her go free as long as she admitted she was wrong. Seemed reasonable.
But then Ted Cruz decided to get involved. With absolutely no idea what was going on, and no understanding of anything remotely human, Ted Cruz went completely berserk about it:

Rather than siding with the law and the overriding public safety concerns, or showing any empathy for a woman who was misguidedly trying to feed her family, Ted Cruz is trying to make this all about government impropriety. No wonder everybody hates Ted Cruz.
