Yesterday, Donald Trump sank to one of his most unacceptable lows yet, when he openly sided with murderous North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un over former United States Vice President Joe Biden. Even as Trump continues to falsely accuse his political adversaries of treason, Trump’s latest words actually do involve something of a treasonous sentiment. But that’s okay, because Sarah Huckabee Sanders has found a way to make it even worse.

In case you missed it, here’s what Trump tweeted about the matter: “North Korea fired off some small weapons, which disturbed some of my people, and others, but not me. I have confidence that Chairman Kim will keep his promise to me, & also smiled when he called Swampman Joe Biden a low IQ individual, & worse. Perhaps that’s sending me a signal?” That was his second try, after initially having misspelled it as “Joe Bidan.”

In any case, Donald Trump’s White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders – who still has her job despite almost never holding any press briefings these days – decided to appear on Meet The Press this morning. Would she try to claim that Trump didn’t actually mean what he tweeted, so she could walk back his horribly anti-American words? Nope, she stated that Trump and Kim Jong-Un share the same view of Joe Biden.

We’re not sure if this is supposed to mean that Kim Jong-Un doesn’t know how to spell “Joe Biden” either, or if they both think Biden is a “Swampman” or what. In any case, if Sarah Huckabee Sanders was supposed to clean up Donald Trump’s latest mess, all she did was make it even worse for him – and even harder for Trump’s GOP allies to try to sweep the whole thing under the rug. But they’ll try nonetheless.
