GOP in disarray
Republicans have gone batshit-crazy in their redistricting efforts as well as being utterly infuriated with the Democratic party for DARING to stand up to them. What, did Republicans think we’d merely bow our heads and meekly give in? If so they most certainly do not know us!
But now the GOP has received some bad news. One thing the GOP seems to want to do is to redistrict all over the place, not just in Texas. But the Governor of New Hampshire has just ruled out THAT state from any of the GOP’s sleazy plans.
Kelly Ayotte is the Governor of the Live Free or Die State and she says –her state will not redistrict before the midterm elections, undoubtedly landing a blow to lying, sniveling, cowardly republicans. Speaking to a local TV station, the Governor said it isn’t a good idea. The timing is off,” she explains.
“And when I talk to the people in New Hampshire — it’s not on the top of their priority list.” This news is likely to have republicans howling at the moon especially since New Hampshire’s Reps — – BOTH of them — are Democrats..
So — no redistricting in New Hampshire. Indiana’s Governor remains noncommittal. It certainly doesn’t seem, to me anyway that the GOP’s best laid plans are going anywhere.
Texas Dems remain out of state denying Texas Republicans from having a quorum and some in the GOP who seem to have got the message through their thick skulls that WE WILL FIGHT BACK are now seeming nervous about their own party’s plans, likely because they know some of their own may in fact lose seats.
Another day, another failure for them. While we do not know, of course how things will ultimately shake out, for now, the news stands at “GOP in Disarray” as always.
