Cocaine is one hell of a drug

Accusations of cocaine use have been flung far and wide at Donald Trump since his campaign. The late night Twitter rampages. The nonstop sniffing during the debates. Governor Howard Dean, a medical doctor, said he thought Trump was high. The late great Carrie Fisher said she was sure Trump was high, based on her own experiences. But based on his behavior of the past three days, the best case scenario for Donald Trump might be that he’s coked up.

Let’s say that Trump isn’t in the grips of a three day cocaine bender. That would mean that he wrote tweets like this one while stone cold sober: “My use of social media is not Presidential – itโ€™s MODERN DAY PRESIDENTIAL. Make America Great Again!”

And this one: “The FAKE & FRAUDULENT NEWS MEDIA is working hard to convince Republicans and others I should not use social media – but remember, I won….”

And this one, which he was so proud of that he briefly pinned it to the top of his Twitter account: “I am thinking about changing the name #FakeNews CNN to #FraudNewsCNN!”

And yes, this one: “I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don’t watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year’s Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!”

Either this is man who’s coked out of his mind like that scene near the end of Scarface, or this is a man who’s in the midst of a complete mental and psychological breakdown. If it’s the latter, then he’s not going to get the professional psychiatric treatment that he needs, and his mental state will only continue to quickly deteriorate as the week goes on.

This is the fight of our lives. Trump and his unelected henchmen are actively to destroy our government, our democracy, and our way of life. We only have one choice, and that's to fight back as loudly and aggressively as possible.
