Donald Trump gives dangerous new interview

In an exclusive interview with Hill.TV on Tuesday, Donald Trump launched attacks on a number of fronts, but mostly against the FBI and its Trump-Russia probe, saying its started as a โhoax.โ He said that exposing the โhoaxโ might be one of his โcrowning achievements” and that โWhat weโve done is a great service to the country, really.โ Trump is up to his normal antics, spewing BS and attacking the fabric of our law enforcement.
He also attacked the FISA courtโs approval of the surveillance of Carter Page, stating: โThey know this is one of the great scandals in the history of our country because basically what they did is, they used Carter Page, who nobody even knew, who I feel very badly for, I think heโs been treated very badly. They used Carter Page as a foil in order to surveil a candidate for the presidency of the United States.”
He continued: โIt looks to me, just based on your reporting, that they have been misled. I mean I donโt think we have to go much further than to say that theyโve been misled … One of the things Iโm disappointed in is that the judges in FISA didnโt, donโt seem to have done anything about it. Iโm very disappointed in that. Now, I may be wrong because, maybe as we sit here and talk, maybe theyโre well into it. We just donโt know that because I purposely have not chosen to get involved.”
Donald Trump is using this nonsensical rambling as justification for releasing the FISA application as well as various text message by FBI employees. He refers to the FBI as โtruly a cancer in our countryโ and touts his behaviors. Trumpโs conduct in releasing classified information solely for political purposes is unprecedented, but more importantly, it continues to signal that the feckless GOP will not rein the Mad King in, and he will continue to act dangerously and expose many to personal danger. We have not seen anything like this in the history of our United States.
