An invigorated President Joe Biden is out there hitting the 2024 campaign trail hard, while a senile Donald Trump sits home and tries to remember who Joe Biden is. The disparity between the two candidates has become so severe that the Biden campaign is now lampooning Trump for being a shut-in:
