The daughter of an influential adviser to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin was killed on Saturday night in a car bomb explosion on the outskirts of Moscow. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/08/21/daria-dugina-car-explosion-moscow-putin/

Darya Dugina was a Russian journalist and ultranationalist proponent of the invasion of Ukraine advocated by her father Alexander Dugin, who has sometimes been referred to as “Putin‘s brain.” He is also a outspoken proponent and supporter of Donald Trump.
Observers believe the bomb was intended for Dugin, but ended up blowing up his daughter because she switched cars with her father to drive from an appearance with her father at a Russian nationalist event on Saturday night.

Both Dugin and his daughter have been sanctioned by the United States and United Kingdom for contributing disinformation in relation to the Ukraine invasion, including denial of the atrocities that Russian troops are committing in that unfortunate nation. The Russian government is blaming Ukrainian agents for the explosion, a claim that is being vigorously denied by Ukraine, saying it is not a terrorist nation like Russia.

It appears that dictator Vladimir Putin better watch his back as it is very possible the car bomb was set by someone on the inside of the Russian government, in the tradition of their long history of political assassinations. In any event, karma has come to Putin and his cronies for the criminal invasion of the peaceful neighboring nation of Ukraine.
