Why is Sean Hannity suddenly panicking?
Mark Meadows’ texts, to and from various people in Trump world, have been steadily leaking to the media for weeks. But now that Meadows’ texts with Sean Hannity have leaked today, Trump is suddenly throwing a fit about it.
Hannity pretty obviously called up Trump and told him to throw a fit about it, so Trump obliged. Trump is just a senile fool under the thumb of a Fox News host. Hannity’s texts don’t even appear to be incriminating (as opposed to a lot of the other people texting Meadows). So why is Hannity panicking over this and trying to distract from it?
You’d have to ask Hannity. Are there more Hannity texts that still have yet to leak out? Is Hannity just getting paranoid about how ugly this is getting in general? Hannity’s texts to Meadows will certainly play a role in the upcoming televised January 6th Committee hearings.
