U.S. Appeals Court strikes down Donald Trump’s January 6th election plot

Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert’s election case was thrown out this evening by the U.S. Court of Appeals. It’s the second time Gohmert has lost in court in as many days. Gohmert is used to this; he’s been a loser his entire life.

But seriously, this lawsuit was supposed to be Trump’s big plot for overthrowing the election on January 6th. Palmer Report told you that if Gohmert appealed, he’d automatically lose, and sure enough that’s now happened. If Gohmert takes this to the Supreme Court, it’ll once again be automatically thrown out, because it’s not a real case.

Trump already has literally zero chance of somehow magically overthrowing the election. But now this is just getting flat out embarrassing for him and his stooges.
