House Republicans will do whatever they’ll do on Tuesday morning. But they’ve already made a mess for themselves in 2024 just by even nominating a scandal-plagued extremist embarrassment Jim Jordan for Speaker. This will come back to bite the Republicans. How?

House Democrat Jason Crow summed it up pretty succinctly:
