This just shook up the midterm races

Now that the Supreme Court debacle has been factored in, the Democrats now have a small but clear lead in the polling averages on the generic midterm ballot. No lead is safe. But this reveals that for all the defeatist hysteria on social media, out in the real world, the majority of the public believes the best solution is to give the Democrats more seats. Your job as an activist is to help put Democrats over the hump. It’s time for you to go volunteer for candidates in competitive races.

Voter suppression and gerrymandering are not magic wands for the Republicans. But it does mean the Democrats need a large enough lead to overcome these tactics. The Democrats’ current lead is a good start. Your job is to help the Democrats in specific competitive races.

What’s the alternative? Sit around fretting about losing, whine about the Democrats in a way that costs them votes, let the Republicans take majority control and completely destroy us? That’s not an option. Let’s get to work. Sign up for these competitive races. Do it right now:
