This is just embarrassing for Melania Trump
I usually wouldn’t write about Melania Trump. Her insurrectionist husband is out of power and will never be back again. And as for Melania, in my view, she isn’t much better than her traitor of a husband.
But this story stood out to me. It stood out because it does tell a tale as old as time — the tale of jealousy. It also highlights how lucky we are. That’s right — lucky. Even as our nation stands on the brink regarding women’s rights and other things, we are lucky — because we drove the Trumps from the White House — a place they should never have been in the first place.
Now tranquility and kindness live in the White House. This is something that Mrs. Trump apparently hates as much as her husband does. Melania is lashing out. She is attacking Anna Wintour, who is the Editor in-Chief of Vogue magazine.
This lashing out is because Wintour put Jill Biden on Vogue’s cover and not her. Before I go on, let’s stop to marvel. Ukraine is in a fight for its life — literally. Women’s rights are under attack. There is so much going on in the world.
And THIS is what Melania is thinking about? It is almost unbelievable. THIS is why I decided to write this article. Because in this writer’s opinion, Melania can be a symbol of sorts — of everything that is wrong with the world today.
We have gone from the age of “Me too” to “me, me, me.” Not you, dear readers. And certainly not everybody. But among the Republican party — nothing seems to matter except the precious propping up of “me, me, me.”
Compassion does not matter to them. Empathy is a lost cause for most of them. This cult cares naught for much of ANYTHING — except getting their primal needs met when they want them.
Melania also told Fox nation she thinks she did not get the cover because of media bias. I say she didn’t get the cover because she’s an embarrassment — a mockery to the title of the first lady.
The contrast between Melania and Jill Biden is like comparing a vivid and aristocratic dolphin — to a malevolent tarantula. And First Lady is a title Melania — and her jealous heart — will never again hold.
