This is for all the marbles
The insurrection party has big plans if they do indeed win in 2022 and take back the House and Senate. Such plans they have to help hard-working Americans! I can hardly believe all they plan to do. Here are a few of the highest priorities of the non-party — coming soon to YOUR town if we don’t get out the vote:
– Investigate Hunter Biden
– Refuse to confirm any of President Biden’s judicial nominees, including Supreme Court selections.
– Have special hearings involving many of Biden’s Cabinet. WHY they want to do this is not clear. But as we all know, the GOP certainly does not operate from a place of logic.
– Try to impeach President Biden.
– Investigate the President for our leaving Afghanistan.
– Sounds so lovely, does it not?
Such plans they have! Did you notice there isn’t one IDEA of how to improve the lives of Americans? This is because Republicans do not have any ideas — none. I do not doubt that if these fools win, they will attempt all this and more. And it is one more reason to get out the vote.
Imagine the looks on many of the pundits’ faces if we not only win but actually PICK UP seats. We have to do this. It won’t be easy. Our biggest obstacles are ourselves. Not you or me particularly, but many in the democratic party.
There are some — a whole heck of many Bernie supporters — who have a “sky is falling” mentality and do not plan to aide us at all. It’s a terrible thing, but that’s what we’re dealing with.
It is my most sincere hope that we model our activism after Stacy Abrams. We have to reach every voter. We have to let folks know the importance of this election. We have to sound the alarm. And we need to start now.
