They’re coming out of the woodwork now
Donald Trump’s time in office did nothing for anyone, but it certainly made all the hateful racists come out of hiding. That is his legacy, and he’s probably proud of it. It is, however, slightly sad because these people keep doing things to keep themselves in trouble, trying to please Donald Trump while he walks around free to continue spreading his disease. It’s only “slightly” sad because these are grown people who should know better. It is if they have been brainwashed and taken over by a stupidity gene. In the latest act of stupidity, a Texas woman has been jailed for threatening District Judge Tanya Chutkan.
Abigail Jo Shry has done similar things in the past, which begs the question: why is she still free to terrorize people? According to various reports, Shry called Judge Chutkan a “stupid slave” before calling her the “n” word. She is obviously a Trump voter because her threat included the statement that if Trump doesn’t win in 2024, “we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b….” She went on to threaten others. This woman belongs in a mental institution, as she is obviously unstable. Who does this? Trump fans, that’s who.
CNN reported that the names, photographs, social media profiles, and (alleged) home addresses of the Fulton County grand jurors were posted on right-wing sites. We, of course, can’t be sure that these are, in fact, members of that jury, but posting this information puts those people in danger, no matter who they are. CNN delved in a bit further and confirmed that at least 13 of the names match some of the grand jurors. The mere fact that these people would go to such lengths for Donald Trump is alarming. Ben Decker, CEO of threat intelligence company Memetica, told CNN that the platforms on which the information is posted “have a long history of being linked to violent extremism.” The names of grand jurors are public in Georgia, and these crazies have spent time trying to further identify them. What is wrong with these people? Donald Trump, that’s what’s wrong.
The Guardian reported that after Trump made a post about “riggers,” his braindead followers took it and ran, using the derogatory term that rhymes. This was, of course, not a “slip of the lip” from Trump. He did it on purpose because he knows who and what his people are. The Guardian identified the sites that took Trump’s ignorance and ran as Gab and Patriots.win. Trump has been warned by Judge Chutkan about making inflammatory statements, yet it continues. She is not trying to play his game; however, at some point, she needs to step in and shut him up. Maybe a few nights in jail will quiet him down.
This is even more reason that Donald Trump should not be allowed to run for president. Should he prevail (which is doubtful), he will only make things worse. Donald Trump is not only the worst thing to happen to the Republican party (according to Geoff Duncan), but he is the worst thing to happen to this country.
