The truly scary part about Donald Trump getting four more years

I’m not a medical professional, and neither are most of you. But you don’t have to be a doctor to see that based on his public appearances, Donald Trump’s physical and cognitive health took a nosedive after his Walter Reed trip, and nine months later he still hasn’t come close to recovering.

This means Donald Trump is a seventy-four year old morbidly obese man with poor eating habits who gets no exercise, is in visibly poor physical shape, seemingly just confessed to having had a series of mini-strokes, and periodically behaves as if he’s abusing stimulant drugs to try to make it through the day. The cold hard reality is that based on natural causes, Trump has very little chance of still being alive in four years, and probably not a great chance of being alive in one or two years.

What that really means is that if Donald Trump gets reelected, Mike Pence will probably finish out Trump’s second term. There’s a good chance Pence will get most of Trump’s term. We’ve already seen the damage that a deranged corrupt extremist like Trump can do to the country. Now imagine the damage that a deranged corrupt extremist like Pence, who’s just soft spoken enough to bait the media into covering him as if he were reasonable, could do at the helm.

When we go to vote in 2020, we’re not just ending President Donald Trump. We’re preventing President Mike Pence from happening. If Trump isn’t enough to motivate you to get your friends, family, neighbors and colleagues registered to vote, Pence should provide all the additional motivation you could possibly need.
