The cooperator Rudy Giuliani should be worried about most

The thing about cutting a cooperating plea deal against the other defendants is that once you do it, you pretty much have to shut up publicly about it while the rest of the process plays out. So even as the likes of Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, and Jenna Ellis give prosecutors damning evidence and testimony behind the scenes, we won’t hear much about it until we get to trial. But we did just get one interesting peep.

Jenna Ellis’ attorney is talking with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and while he’s avoiding specifics, he’s pointing out that Rudy Giuliani in particular is screwed. He’s even pretty much saying that Giuliani was screwed even before Ellis cut a cooperation deal, because of everything else that’s piled up against him.

On a common sense level we already knew this. But it’s nonetheless interesting to hear a cooperator’s attorney, who has presumably gotten a closer look at the insides of this criminal case than we have, that Rudy Giuliani is indeed screwed.
