Donald Trump’s remaining surrogates hit the Sunday talk show circuit and make things even worse for him

Donald Trump has been caught committing treason in a desperate last ditch effort at rigging his own reelection. Not only will his criminal conspiracy against Joe Biden fail to help Trump in the election, it’ll only serve to make Trump’s prospects even darker. Trump tried sending his remaining surrogates on the Sunday morning talk show circuit to try to spin things in his favor – and that turned out to be a whole new problem.

First up was Lindsey Graham, who is in the midst of an ongoing mental breakdown over whatever it is that Donald Trump has been using to blackmail him into becoming a cartoonish loyalist. Graham went on Fox News and tried to promote the notion that Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden should be investigated over the phony scandal that Trump invented. But when pressed with whether this meant that Trump’s kids should also be criminally investigated, Graham basically said yes. Oops.

Then came Rudy Giuliani, who went on Fox News this morning and insisted that he misspoke when he confessed to his role in Donald Trump’s felony conspiracy against the United States, before essentially confessing again. Then there was Mike Pompeo, who is almost certainly going to prison for using $141 million to try to bribe Ukraine to stay quiet just as the whistleblower scandal was about to explode. He appeared on ABC News this morning and didn’t help things either.

Part of the problem for Donald Trump is that his only remaining surrogates are mentally unstable people like Giuliani and Graham, along with his own criminal co-conspirators like Giuliani and Pompeo, none of which are in position to help Trump by opening their mouths. Trump has already lost most of his political surrogates, because he fired them, or they quit, or they’re in prison. But then again, they all sucked at this too.
