Donald Trump’s supplemental oxygen scandal exposed

Earlier this afternoon Dr. Sean Conley held a press conference and made the oddly specific insistence that Donald Trump isn’t currently on oxygen, thus prompting everyone to ask of Trump had previously been on oxygen. Conley ended up getting flustered and refusing to answer additional questions about it, but now the truth is starting to leak out.

The AP is reporting that according to a White House source, Donald Trump was given supplemental oxygen at the White House on Friday, before he was transported to Walter Reed Medical Center. Various observers on social media thought they had spotted a portable oxygen tank secretly buried in his pocket and his mask while he was walking to Marine One, and while these types of theories often turn out to be nothing, this one might have in fact been spot on.

In any case, the fact that Trump has been given supplemental oxygen isn’t the scandal. The fact that Trump’s doctor went out of his way to mislead the public about it is the scandal. No one was even asking Dr. Conley about oxygen until he foolishly mentioned it in his press release late last night.

This suggests that after Donald Trump was given oxygen, he ordered Conley to publicly deny that he’d been on oxygen – which resulted in the public figuring out that he’d been on oxygen. Conley’s words today also suggest that Trump secretly tested positive on Wednesday, and covered it up until Thursday. These people are idiots.
