Sorry, Donald Trump, it’s too late now
Donald Trump finally gave up on his disastrous press briefings today. He argued in a tweet that there’s no point in holding them because the media is supposedly just going to lie about what he says. Nevermind that the entire point of a briefing is that he gets to speak directly to the public – and of course that’s the real problem, because everyone has been hearing idiotic things coming directly out of his mouth.
Now that Trump’s press briefings are gone, and he’s lost the one thing he still sadistically enjoyed, he’s throwing a bizarre tantrum about an earlier stupid thing he said:

Again, nice try, idiot, but we’ve all seen the video footage of you calling it a hoax. Just as we all saw Donald Trump talk about injecting people with sunlight and having them ingest disinfectant. Trump can’t make these things go away. He can pull the plug on his future public appearances, but he can’t erase the video footage of him saying these stupid things.
