Something’s not right with Josh Hawley
Josh Hawley, Senator. Traitor. Insurrectionist. QAnon supporter? It would certainly seem like Hawley is taking a page out of the QAnon playbook. Hawley, eyes gleaming as dark as Dracula, has launched a smear campaign against Judge Katanji Brown Jackson. Hawley’s claim is that Judge Jackson goes easy on child-porn offenses.
This is not the case, and that was evident today at Judge Jackson’s confirmation hearing. Let’s just get the good stuff out of the way first. Jackson is soaring high. She is doing so well, it’s mind-boggling. The woman has not just intelligence but true wisdom.
The fact that she even has to respond to someone like Josh Hawley is pathetic, but such is the world we live in. Hawley is getting a great deal of push-back in the way that only a shoddy, nocturnal animal Hawley COULD get push-back. He is being labeled dishonest, sleazy, and sounding like a QAnon superfan.
It isn’t just Hawley. At Tuesday’s confirmation hearing, both Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham behaved despicably, with Lindsey Graham even stalking out of the area. Nothing like Graham pulling a drama act to set the mood for Republicans.
I am getting sick and tired of Hawley and his vile ways. We need to let people know who he really is and his values. A little word on his values. He has none.
At the time of this writing, Hawley is still reportedly selling his “fist-pumping” mug – even though Politico owns the image. Politico says they have asked him to stop. He doesn’t appear to have done that.
I am singling out Hawley because he indulges in the most craven behavior. He starts rumors and then floats them around. In the time we live in and the wild world we live in, this behavior is neither safe nor honest, and it lacks any morality at all. He is a dark person who needs to be pout on notice that the American people have had enough of his garbage.
