Senile Donald Trump no longer appears to recognize his own name

How bad are Donald Trump’s dementia symptoms? He thinks Nikki Haley is Nancy Pelosi. He thinks E. Jean Carroll is Marla Maples. He failed to recognize key people from his life who showed up to his criminal trial. And now Trump no longer appears to even recognize his own name.

While trying and failing to give a speech on Saturday, Trump saw his own name on the teleprompter and read it aloud as if he were talking about someone else:

That’s right, we’re at a point where Donald Trump may no even recognize or understand that he’s Donald Trump. He seemed to be reading the name off the screen as if “President Trump” were some other public figure who supports him. Trump truly doesn’t seem to remember anyone anymore – not even himself.
