Senile Donald Trump melts down after confusing courtroom reporter for the judge’s son

Donald Trump’s cognitive abilities are collapsing to put it mildly. He doesn’t know who the current President is. He doesn’t know how many world wars we’ve had. Even as his handlers make up excuses for why he keeps getting all this stuff wrong, Trump’s senility keeps getting even worse.

How bad has it gotten? Trump keeps making social media posts about a bearded man in attendance at his New York civil fraud trial. Trump keeps insisting that the man is Judge Engoron’s son, and insisting that this is somehow scandalous. But it turns out the bearded man in the courtroom is actually reporter Ben Kochman, who is there to cover the trial.

So Donald Trump is now at a point of cognitive decline where he thinks some random courtroom reporter is the judge’s son. Not only is Trump senile, he’s apparently suffering from the kinds of paranoid delusions that can come with it. How much longer before Trump starts failing to recognize members of his own family?
