There are many theories about what happened to Rudolph Guiliani. That he went ultimately bonkers is one such theory. It could be. But there is another theory, and that one is that all Trumpism did was reveal Rudy for what he always was.

I happen to believe in the second one. Rudy was admired for his response to 9/11 true, but the warning signs about this guy were always there. He was known to be a control freak. He was known to love publicity. His personal life was a mess, many thought him ruthless.

So it is possible that the pathetic and unfeeling man we see today was always who Rudy was — and that all he did was take advantage of 9/11 to make himself into some kind of hero. And this story certainly points toward that being the correct theory.

Per Hillreportercom, Rudy is now selling autographed 9/11 shirts. He is doing this through WABC Radio, where he has a show. And these shirts are priced at $911.00

I couldn’t even, in my wildest dreams, have imagined something like this happening. And I’m pretty cynical about politics. That is to say, I can usually imagine pretty much ANYTHING happening. But not this. I am so sorry for the friends, the family members of 9/11.

I wish there were a way to nip this in the bud. But we do live in a free society. I suppose there is nothing illegal about what the laughing stock is doing. But it’s simply awful — gut-churning awful. Perhaps Rudy simply doesn’t care anymore.

Rudy will be going to prison. Of that, I have no doubt. His duplicity is a giant open door that cannot be slammed shut, and it is only a matter of time until he receives the knock with handcuffs waiting. That is my opinion anyway. And Rudy surely knows his days of freedom are numbered. And he surely needs money to pay for lawyers he will beg to mask his dirty deeds.

After all, it isn’t like Donald Trump will ever — gasp — PAY for the loathsome former mayor’s legal fees. So Rudy has stepped off the diving board into the dark and diluted void. I’ve no doubt he will pay for his loathsome actions, and hopefully, it will be sooner rather than later.
